HISTORY OF KUNDALINI
It is said that the first references of kundalini can be found in the Upanishads, between 500 BC and 1000 BC, long before the descriptions of physical asanas which can be found in Hatha Yoga Pradipika. The concept of kundalini energy extends across Vedic, tantric and Hindu systems and is often referred to as kundalini shakti, meaning divine, limitless power. In Hinduism, kundalini is believed to be a goddess, whose power lies dormant, coiled at the base of the spine at the muladhara chakra, translated as the root chakra in English. Kundalini is also a principal focus in the Hatha Yoga Pradipika, a sanskrit text written in the 15th century, as the goal of all yoga practice.
"Just as a door is opened with a key, the yogi opens the door to liberation with kundalini." (Chapter 3, Verse 105)
With the development of modern-day yoga, the concept of kundalini remained a central theme in many schools of yoga, inspiring Yogi Bhajan - a Sikh missionary to coin, trademark, and popularize “Kundalini Yoga” as a particular style of yoga in 1968.

What ?? 3.5 fingers below naval is swadhisthana Chakra not kundalini Shakti. Kundalini shakti is sleeping in Mooladhara Chakra ( Base of the spine ).

Try Shivkrupanand Swami. I’ve accepted him as my guru and he is the most genuine guru you’d find out there with brilliant meditation and preaching practices. Goodluck!

Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath ( Enlightened Kriya Yoga master ), Avdhoot Baba Shivanand Ji ( Enlightened Master - Sri Vidya & other teachings ), Gurumayi Chidvilasananda ( Siddha Yoga ). There are many more but above three are genuine & enlightened masters.

There is a spiritual guru within you, who will connect and guide you during meditation and prayer and life path. Try to connect from within and you will meet right people around you to guide or help on the side.🙏🪷 just my 2cent opinion

My kundlini was awakened when I lost my mom. I was praying to my Thakurji n crying when it happened. It felt like a vibration through my spine. I didn't know anything abt it. I wud be able to sleep for only 4-5hrs n be active during my night shifts n normally I wudnt be able to work unless I hve 6-7hrs sleep. It's gone now since I don't practice it regularly but I feel tht vibration in my 3rd eye when I go out in the sunlight sometimes or when I m working at night randomly. It was quite an experience.
