Honesty it depends on when you live..but a start of tall is one standard deviation(7.5cm) above the average height . For america the average height is 5’9.5 so 6’1 would be one standard deviation above 5’11.5-6’0.5 ( slightly tall) 6’1-6’2.5 (tall) 6’3-6’5 ( very tall) 6’6 and above( unusually tall, only 1% or less of the population in America are above this height) It all depends on where you live, you could be 6’1 and tall af in Asia but average in some parts of Europe. It’s average where I live. In Asia you are a giant and will get stared at. I’m 15 and 5 foot 11 1/2 and I don’t really feel tall but I don’t feel short, kind of average. But to my peers I feel tall.

You are right because I don’t feel intimidated by a 6 foot 2 female, because they are all twigs with no muscle mass. Having a strong athletic look helps more than height.

The average height of a man in the us is about 5'8.5'- 5'10". The average height of a woman in the us is about 5'3-5'6". A woman is considered tall in the US once they are 5'7" and taller. In European countries, like Norway, the Average height of a man is 5'11.5" or about 182 cm. The average height of a woman is 5'8". So I would be average in Norway, I am kind of tall in the US, but not by much. I am probably about the same height as you.

I agree with you. I live un south america, colombia, and now you know im 6ft tall (183 1/2 and 1.84 1/2 in the morning, without shoes). Im a huge guy here, maybe in all latin america. But i was in New York City on april, 2015, and there I saw more tall men, but even so it is not that they are seen everywhere in NY. I thought I was going to see tall men everywhere, but it was not like that.

Honestly guys shouldnt be worried about height at all if theres a guys 1 inch taller or two than thats okay your partner will always be shorter than you if youre heterosexual or taller theres more things to worry about than being 6'3 or 6'1 I think requiring yourself to be a certain height will very make you cautious and insure which leads to depression . if I end up being just 6 ft standard by when I'm 20 so be it id be worried more about paying bills and my receading hairline if that ever happens which is worse than being average height or being short

I am 6ft 5 and I agree that 6ft, 6ft 1 are also big heights. The top of their head usually reaches around my eyelevel. I get a lot of stares and people screaming "This guy is huge...he is a giant.." getting more attention which can be positive or negative then you can take.

No country has an average height of nearly 6'1" (185 cm) or at 6'0.5" (184.2 cm) lol. Wrong about Sweden for sure. The only country that has near that average height is Montenegro at 183 cm or the people the Dinaric Alps, at a fraction over 185 cm. They're not a country though, just a region that spans multiple countries (one being Montenegro).

Every average height of a country is bogus. It's always inflated higher. Even the Netherlands lies their true average is 5'11 1/2. Oddly it's still 2 1/2 inches taller than Americans (White ones at least)

I am 6,1 in feet which is 1,85cm, but I am not that slim or skinny..😪 I dont want to get taller cuz I am just 16. My crush is 1,77 cm and yeah, some of the students at my school are in the same height as me and some of them are even taller than me. I am doing everything to not get taller. Majority of men are from 5'6 to 5'10. Men 5'11 to 6'1 are quite tall where 6'2 and above is very tall.

I’m a legit 6 foot (5’11.75ish at night) and I normally wear cowboy boots and in my boots I’m around 6’1.5-6’2 depending on the time of the day, and I still don’t feel much taller than average. I see a fair share of 6’3 guys in public, I’d say 5’11-6’1 is above average. Barefoot 6’2 is when your height becomes the first thing people notice about you
