I'm 5'7 and preferably I would like a guy that is taller than me so 5'8 and up, but if I really like the person it shouldn't really matter. I don't think there's anything wrong with having an ideal type weather it be age, height, weight, wealth, personality, etc... But people also shouldn't look down on people who are not their types. im 5’3 and i like guys 6ft+, not saying i wouldn’t date anyone below that height but i find tall men really attractive. Its absolutely fine if a guy doesn’t find my height or my “weight” (im about 103 pounds) attractive because everyone has theirs preferences, i do too. The problem starts when people treat other people who dont fit into their “standards” in a disrespectful manner. My problem comes when they just want a man that’s 6 foot to be able to say they’re dating a guys that’s 6 foot, basically for validation and shallow reasons. I don’t see any problem with girls wanting someone who’s taller than them. I think guys who do are bugging🤷‍♂️

I wish to be like a few inches taller than my peers. It can be crazy stressful to be short or an “average height” when it comes to siblings. Now let me tell you there is time to grow and not everyone’s the same so be different and grateful from the rest! Try not to make your height as an insecurity like myself. Rather focus on what’s important for yourself instead! I don’t really know what to tell you because after all height is mainly genetic.

@Hue Wong 14% of US population is taller than 6ft, if you want him to be good looking cut that in half. If you want him to be a nice person as well cut that in half. I'm not hating on women in general u nerd, if a guy had unrealistic standards I'd say the exact same thing. It's also not the same when talking about shape because you can actually change that aspect which indicates some level of control and non-fat people are more common than guys taller than 6ft. Most can't love someone they're not attracted to and there's nothing particularly wrong with this. Love is often attached to an image, _though_ it should *never* only be attached to that image. The heart has to get you more than the hardware.

Then we want a girl with a body count under 10, she has to be an 8 in looks (these girls are 5's), be in shape, feminine, and agreeable. Pretty sure these 304s are out of the running. Men please have standards and enforce boundaries. You aren't "insecure", these 304s just want to be able to run around you.

Im 5'9 guy or 176cm And I've been insecure about my height lately. Its gotten way better but i still notice it when tall guys are around me and honestly i feel a little bit intimidated. However my confidence has grown tremendously and i actually have a beautiful woman who loves me and were gonna get married. I love her so much and am so glad God blessed me with her, her name is Mella. She accepts me 100% for who i am. She's 5'3 btw but honestly i didn't fell in love with her body i fell in love with her character even tho she is beautiful. If I were 5’8, even 160ibs is healthy. It fits into BMI so it would be proportional. This is why asking for weight is stupid
