I love the energy of the show! The friendship between the three women is so beautiful! Can’t wait for more!
The fact that it was straight up number on in the states for a week, just goes to show how we all needed a feel good series and that not everything needs to be dark (much like every show that’s getting made these days). We all defiantly need more love in the world and this show is defiantly doing that ♥️

Verily! The world is really rather bleak at the moment and the last thing I want is more darkness from my streaming Apps. I want positive escapism that reminds me that whilst hardship is part of life, love is the answer to everything. 💙🙏🏻🕊🌞
This is one of my favorite shows on Netflix. Before season 2 I watched the first season 3 or 4 times cause this cast and the talent is just perfect. This show, the cast, the books are truly special!! Now I want to read the entire series!!!
I Love this show!!! The cast, especially those 3 women, makes my heart feel so many emotions. I literally, laugh and cry with them each episode.
I am a huge reader and love this show!!! It is so obvious that these women REALLY like each other. That comes across the screen in Sheryl J Anderson's writing and the women's performances...and Uzo is the perfect host!

Loved season 2 even more than season 1 !!! I need a season 3 renewal!
Finding this show wasn't easy, I just lost my beloved cat of 13 years, got sick, ended up in the hospital, and was very depressed. I didn't want to watch my regular political thrillers or Sci-Fi movies. I needed a feel-good series and by golly, I got one. The realness of friendship between these women made you realize the sweetness and real relationships with your own girlfriends. The situations with family members in the community were also real and raw with folks that everyone encounters in city government. I hope Netflix orders season 3 and beyond, it truly is a healing series and I felt so good watching the first 2 seasons!!
I get the same feeling watching this show that I did watching Gilmore girls growing up. Love this show, binged it sooo many times. Lol.

I really love this show, but the thing that annoys me with any of these shows is, they suck you in with a couple of seasons, then drop you on your butt - emotionally speaking....then we get things like this, where some of the cast sit and chat about how wonderful it all is, but we're left hanging, with no idea when the next lot will drop... they do it all the time and it gives me the "first class irits", as my nan used to say...
I came here to make sure that Dana Sue was not real!! Brooke seems so opposite of Dana Sue, who is self-centered and selfish!

She is in like 2 scenes of the whole series. She definitely isn’t a major cast member in any way. I forgot about her half way through the series.
Too cringe. Couldn't get through the season.
