I get both sides p.o.v One side thinks pain resistance is important because it tells rimaru just how much danger he is in The other side thinks as long as great sage tells the amount of damage taken to slime’s body it will be okay As long as you know how much danger you are in without feeling the downside of reacting to pain

Idk if ppl would consider this a spoiler or not, tbh i think its more so just some trivia that wont probably be mentioned in the anime due to constraints and what not but its already been stated in the ln that rimuru goes fish hunting in the sea for fish to make sushi with and by fish hunting i mean he literally dives into there and dashes around underwater swallowing up fish. i guess i just find the salt water comment funny when i think back to this

I love Rimuru as an (until a certain point) OP character cause his power makes sense. So many Isseka just have someone go "oh so that's how you can use a basic water magic skill" then 5 minutes later "without any training, I'm going to Trump a God by making Noah's flood look like a drizzle!"

Let's be honest, as much as we love Rimuru, he was just like all the other Isseka Over Powered (OP) characters that you mentioned. It was not until AniNews's wonderful analysis and breakdown of "HOW" Rimuru became OP that causes you, me, And all of us to say that him being OP seems realistic and makes sense.

Spoiler alert: He's definitely Lawful good to monsters, but I can agree he can lean toward Lawful neutral toward humans like the Eastern Empire or Farmus. He spared the armies of Clayman, which no one of evil alignment would do, and the souls for the evolution of Miseri and Raine were given to him by Guy

But for me I personally watched Fate/Zero first and then watched the three routes that is the sequel to Zero which were Stay Night, Unlimited Blade Works, and Heaven's Feel I, II, & III before I had branched out to watch Fate/Extra, Fate/Grand Order, Carnival and so much more I haven't watched.

Watching this series (the KZread series that is) has open my eyes at the very least, to how well written Rimiru seems to be. Like not just as a character, but also his development and progression as a character. This show in general as to this point, not had a scene where a new bullshit mechanic has been introduced for the sake of increasing the power ceiling. And it's honestly so refreshing.

this has to be one of my favorite powers explained series that youve made and i hope you can continue it after s2 p2 gets released

I really wanna see you delve into things like how Rimuru’s replication skill is used in the next part of season 2 via Veldora. Future episodes where you go into things like that would be cool.

Predator + Great Sage is the most op combination of skills I have ever seen in anime. But not in a stupid way. Its just genuis! Combining it with Degenerate and you get infinit power. Can't wait to see the combination of Raphael and Beelzebuth ! Only have read the first 4 volumes so far.

It's certainly a great combo, but it's nowhere near the most powerful. As an example, and I'm not going to use any names to avoid any spoilers; There's a character in a VERY popular series whose power is the literal plot device of "That didn't happen, because ______"; which is a pretty abusable power.
