I like to think that the enemies hear boss music when my E2 Lvl60 M9 Module Lvl 3 Pot 0 Penance enters the field, and wonder which skill she’s using

Im only here becuased of Penance My very first 6 star and the very reason i played Arknights till this day. ( i mean Dorothy En made me glance at arknights but penance En is the entrance to arknights to me.....its a blessing that they share the same Va). And im saying this becuased she is the very first one that made me want an Older Woman and im okay with that.

Ever wondered why does Aak have Skill2? To use it on Penance with Skill3 immediately(Not really, but it does 80% of the treashold) activating it, and making her tank even more bulshit, and gain more barrier via kills

Penance is one of the most underrated operator because of Mudrock existence. Penance, is not worse than Mudrock, rather she works differently different in her own way, or rather I would say... "offensive" way rather than Mudrock's "defensive"

@@philipek1879 Mudrock is surely better as a helidrop, however, I think both of the penance's skills are much stronger and the reflect damage is a big difference maker. Penance is indeed hard to set up at times, but at these times you usually just use s2 and make a solid tank out of her. Mudrock has her unique invincibility, but I dont know the last time anyone actually needed it. All and all, Mudrock is easier to set up, but Penance thrives in situations mudrock cannot pull through.

The difference is Mudrock is for lane holder and more sustain Juggernaut Defender Penance is rely or her shield and her skill support her trait to gain more barrier Penance is for damage dealer Mudrock is for lane holder

The reason behind that is the fact that Penance doesn't have any self-heal ability & she has no AFK ability, make most people judge her as "worse Mudrock" Even though, after some times, alot of people starts to realize the differences between Penance & Mudrock. Mudrock is a true laneholder that capable of soloing a lane, has quite decent damage, self-heal, & she is really tanky (especially with her shield) Penance in other hand, works quite different. As what you said, she could deal something that Mudrock couldn't ; it was big damage. For example : you remember that one lane, bridge stage on Il Siracusano? Mudrock (maybe pre-Module) will struggle to face the stress the enemies put into her. While Penance, with her S3 she could one-shot basically any enemies in front of her. Or that Annihilation based on Dorothy's Vision, Penance could survive that barrage of Gundam later in the end of the stage, it's because of her tanky barrier + big as fug damage she does towards that Gundam. Mudrock? I don't think so So basically, Mudrock if you want a really consistent laneholding, while Penance if you need a dependable laneholder, that at one point (when her S3 got activated) will be able to deal massive damage + tough as hell survivability
