How Strong is Godzilla 1954? A Walking Hydrogen Bomb Godzilla Power Scaling Part 1
The first part of my Godzilla Power Scaling series where I go more in depth in analyzing how powerful each Godzilla is as well as comparing how strong they are relative to each other! In part one we look back to where it all began in the 1954 original! This is more of a setup and introduction before we get into the real meat of power scaling since the next Godzilla should start with the same feats as the original.

Here is another YT video that covered the same topic! Normally it would be weird to promote someone else's video, but I want to share the knowledge! Here is PowerCrunch's take on 54 Godzilla with much more technical calculations, he's covered things I forgot to mention/didn't notice in my research! Oh you posted a new vid I didn’t notice lol. Now I normally come with a plethora of questions, but your new trend of explanation videos is really clearing things up! I still have one more lingering question though. It might sound repetitive as I asked a similar one in the Heisei video but if something is a certain power level, does that necessarily mean it can destroy that thing? Like for example late Showa goji is solar system level. Does that necessarily mean that he can destroy a solar system or does his attack have the power to destroy a solar system but maybe doesn’t have enough area of effect or something?

I'd say it has the power but lacking the spread/range like you said. It would be like a bullet going through a wall vs. a rocket blowing the wall up, both are wall buster, but one has greater splash damage.

@@ssaravanan9393 In the future yes, I've already begun putting a research list together from both film series. Most of the remaining work would be gathering clips/screenshots to use. However, a more detailed power scale video where I actually explain things would require a lot more work and time to put together. But just having the power levels along with brief reasoning through text like my Power Level videos I could get it out over the summer.
Using your scale, I'd round Gojira's power level at about 250, and his atomic breath at around 313.

Thank you! Next video will cover Raids Again - Son of Godzilla, though I will be mentioning feats from non-Godzilla movies such as Rodan and Mothra. I try to keep each video around a certain length so it's easier to watch and make and there is a lot to cover for Showa so it's being broken up into two parts.

The songs used are from various Godzilla videogame soundtracks, if you give me a timestamp I can tell you the exact song used. Though it's likely from Godzilla Unleashed.

Yep, covering ALL the movie Godzillas plus most of the spin offs, for the most part I'm going in order of release, but I plan on saving monsterverse for when after the new 2024 movie comes out.
