53 days weed free after 48 straight years of daily smoking. (I am 63.) The first 2 or 3 weeks were rough as hell. Do yourself a favor and quit while you are young. If I had to guess how much I've spent on weed in my lifetime I would guess upwards of $200K.

@@TheBongorock The key for me was to not set an impossible goal : that you'll never smoke weed again. Because the truth is I love weed too much and so do alot of other people trying to quit. I found that accepting that i will smoke weed eventually and considering it as a 'occasional indulge' rather than a relapse has helped me alot. i still smoke weed but on a friday night or Saturday night after i do all that needs to be done or that i can do. And when i do smoke, maybe because of my lower tolerance, it reminds me of all things that i did accomplish during the week not being high and how unable i am to accomplish anything while being high on that friday or saturday night. Its a real motivation to not smoke everyday or so often.

Fr bro I spent way to much money on this stuff I’m on day 4 rn and slept pretty good last night however eating is still hard I can’t get whole foods down so I’m drinking smoothies rn. I only smoked for about a 12-14 months and at the begging it was just 1 and week then it became twice, three, and eventually every day. I have no one to blame but myself for that since I let it get out of control. It’s like drinking if you drink to much for to long you build a dependency without noticing or you shove it under the rug and think it will pass but it doesn’t. So always be aware and catch yourself when you think your doing to much. But my mood has been better and I feel overall like a new person just gotta eat to get my energy back

Now I’m not anti weed, I’m sure for some it does help and there was a time in that first year of doing it where I felt I really did need but the last two years of smoking it provided me nothing and made my stress even worse. I wasn’t even really getting high those last couple years, it was just what I did at night and all weekend.

Do you think know you can have an occasional zoot without the urge to relapse

I think I could! But I really don’t want to smoke weed anymore I couldn’t care less about it.. it’s been like a year and a half now and never felt better about it! .. if your trying to quit I wouldn’t recommend the ‘occasional’ zoot because it can soon turn into full time smoking again especially in the early stages of trying to quit!

im not going to watch this video but i really gotta say how annoyed i am by everyone who thinks its worth a whole youtube channel that they quit weed for 2 months. your going back to smoking thats for sure, you not going to get rich automaticly and its not really changing your life. keep in mind you changed your brain chemistry for years and years and now its still processing that. all stoners who feel they understand the key to life after 1 month sober pls understand thats still not your normal you. and by the time this manic high wears off you going backt to smoking so pls stfu in the meantime

I was with you until you said "that bullshit weed". Ganja is awesome, some people who use it are just dumb, plain and simple. If you're spending a lot of cash on it you should do a guerilla grow, even in London they do it. I don´t wake and bake anymore, but a joint in the afternoon listening some vinyls makes life so much better. if you want to quit, good for you, but don´t go around saying it´s a bullshit weed, because to some of us is magic.

@@Up_in_Smoke , and one very important thing I forgot to mention, there's strains that give you a couch lock, but some others make you active and creative, it's all about dosage, strain, and the mental health of the user.

@@pfc2508 yeah fully man! I have smoked all kinds in the past, some mong me out and some have made me super productive and energised! Weed ain’t bad man i agree! But when it consumes all your time, energy and money etc and your not happy about it that’s when you should knock it on the head!
