@@kaijudirector5336 but you know in the sequel it is revealed that the energy blast that sonic caused at the baseball ⚾️ field reached all the way to tails planet and he did see the whole thing with sonic saving green hills and banishing robotnik to the mushroom planet so its possible after he sees sonic escape to the mushroom planet in this ending he probably still would have expired to leave his village and go meet sonic and become friends with him and mabye they could have just made short that happens after the events of this movie with tails coming to the mushroom and becoming friends with sonic.

3:25 What people don't realize is if Sonic decided to do this, Tom would end up dying, Robotnik would get the quill Tom picked up, and rule over the world.

It's why he insisted they did a road trip. He is canonically fast enough, that he could have traveled every single road IN THE ENTIRE WORLD, in less time than it took them to do that road-trip. Brute-force finding his way there is absolutely a thing he could have done.

It's the only thing that makes sense. If I wanted to defend the movie I'd say that, unlike the Flash, Sonic can't think at the speed of light, so the dart hitting him might be possible, but since he was looking right at the gun, he should've been prepared to move. He had to have let it hit him intentionally.

Fun fact in sonic 3 we introduced to the mushroom area of angel island. So in that case sonic should meet knuckles. This has been confirmed in sonic 2 the movie trailer.

given as how short it's end movie battle scene was, everyone *wouldn't lift an eye* seeing as how easily overwhelmed Sonic had gotten & that the Portal Ring he took getting here after he'd speed threwout *many moumental* moments while avoiding Eggman (who easily kept up with him due to his speed quill giving him a charged boost to his even more Absurd Vehicle he built threwout the entire buildup of the movie) before he ended up in *same referranced location* Where MCU's Hulk went up against The Abomination in his movie series (some decades back before this movie became public) & got knocked out cold from taking a missile locked onto him when he climbed the Pyramid. as for that scene at 3:11, ...yeah *A Big Chunk Of It's Fanbase facepalmed* seeing *why Sonic* easily took that traqdart dispite him being *The Speed Of Sound* (which even demonstrated a following scene later once he went to that Bar & started a Bar Fight with that 1 sour drunkard guy who'd end up getting his neck broken once he came across Eggman upon both of them leaving & he'd gotten his fill* 😐
