this is a good video. I deleted social media (except youtube) and I can say that I never feel lonely or depressed like I did while using facebook. I found that talking to people through social media was unsatisfactory because I feel like we are only talking to a facade rather than an actual human. I think the biggest problem is that is creates the illusion of "connection" while actually dividing people.
