Kelvin what I am getting is "Succession in the family", like iwe/you teach your children to farm or to be in the business you have started so that you leave an inheritance/legacy that the children will carry on and encourage them to teach the same line of business to their children/your grand children to continue the same business just adding value and diversifying in that same field. Manje most families are always starting something new. Like if, my parents were carpenters, but they then sent me to school to become a teacher(so I can work for someone and get a salary) , then my children I send to school to be an engineer and get a job with a big company and that keeps happening. So we are always starting something instead the carpenter should teach his children or if going to college learn/study the carpentry, come up with new ways of diversifying within that carpentry business and make different products adding value. Thus leaving a legacy. So younger people now need to create that legacy for future generations instead of always starting afresh.
