1.Remember Allah often specially in times when you feel deprived . 2. Seek refuge in Allah. 3. Recite "La ilaha illallahu wahdahu,la sharikalahu,lahul mulku,wa lahul hamdu,wa hua Ala kulli shai'in qadir (There is no God but Allah,he is one, he has no partners, sovereignty/kingship is his, all praises to him, and he is capable/strong over each and everything.) 4. Say "Bismillah"(In the name of Allah) before entering or exiting house, eating and before sleep. 4. Despair the satan with doing good indeed the plot of shaytan is weak.

Not all qarins are evil. If you are righteous and pious enough in heart and in deed, there’s a high chance yhat your qarin would revert to righteousness and tawhid, inspiring good thoughts instead of negative whispers. Satan will then have to deploy other agents and means.
