Jordan Love literally told Micah to his face that their gameplan for the playoff game revolved around "Weren't y'all starting a safety at linebacker?" Injuries did play a pretty large factor last year towards the end. Although not exclusively, but should be recognized as a severe roadblock when you have literally 1 linebacker left for playoff football.

Romo had back and shoulder injuries that became chronic. Dak's injuries haven't been anything like that.
