Honestly Lethal Injection is quite normal. The only reason they must have an executioner is because doctors have an oath to like not kill someone or something like that. Also they were most likely put in a maximum security prison for what they did, so it was kind of likely someone would kill a cellmate. While it is brutal it's actually pretty common.

@@swagduckybs5842 Well it's basically as it sounds, they are strapped down, and they inject something to make them sleep then while that happens they inject a lethal substance, not sure if it's poison or not but it makes them pass more peaceful than most other things.

I think the death sentence is absurd. if they really want them to learn the "lesson" that is life sentence, so they slowly go mad knowing that they will die in that cell :)

The punishment of death doesnt leed to the regret of a criminal it just leeds to them not being there anymore. Life sentence couses (some times not) the criminal to feel regret for their actions. So if you want a criminal to suffer for their crimes then dont give a death sentence (and if they wherent guilty then death cant be un done) thats why death penalty is bad
