How self awareness solves problems
Visit www.elkadeo.com/teams to take my free workshop that teaches leaders and founders how to build unstoppable teams.
Self awareness is a term that is thrown around a lot these days. Gary Vaynerchuck points to it often as one of the most important attributes an ambitious person can possess. What does that actually mean - to possess self awareness? Why will that help me in solving my problems? This video will show you a great way to think about it.

Life comes with all kinds of things and how we handle things is determined by how we experience what happens to us and how we handle it based on the way we learned how to handle things in life based on how we grew up

Very underrated video. This deserves millions of views, good job. And thank you for the useful information.
Fantastic interpretation. Thanks for making the puzzle look very easy and simple. You have helped to solve a puzzle. Thanks a ton 😊
This video needs more praise! I normally never comment on videos but I had to on this one!!
This video blew my mind!!.. I'll never be the same again!!!
It's an amazing video!! I love it. And I wonder to play it in my class. My students will love it too. ah... a question: Do you draw the picture to explain self-awareness in the video by yourself? I want to make a presentation using simplified drawing in ppt, but don't know how to make it. Thanks a lot!
Great thoughts. I like to think that if two people have a different perspective, it's helpful to find your agreement first. Find out what you agree on before you step into the areas of disagreement.
This is really something amazing and hard work to explain things in a manner way Great gob dod 👍
perfect for me, thanks
Nice vid.. but how do I go from feeling as though I have no idea who i am to knowing exactly who i am immediately

Excellent work , Thanks
Waiting for next videos!!
Great job on this topic!!!
This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my KZread channel 9 months ago about self development. Now I have 1,430 subs and > 1,000 hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

@@TheElkadeoWay Whoever you are, I don't know you personally but I can say that you're one of the non-judgmental and open-minded people who is not fixated on tangible or external factors in order to learn from someone like me. Just because someone doesn't have a piece of paper as a credential, doesn't mean that person is not entitled to share personal experiences with the hope & intention to inspire others. Keep up with whatever it is that you're doing to improve mankind or improving your life even to a slight degree each day. This is just one part of a bigger puzzle for creating my KZread channel about holistic health. I literally could have died back when I was 14 years old due to major depression but here I am right now replying to you, a KZreadr, who's full of fulfillment and dedication to help others to be a better version of themselves. I ain't better than anyone else but my old self. That's all that really makes this KZread thing more meaningful and enjoyable. Thanks so much for your support! I am hoping that you can join me with this endless personal development journey! :)

Hi i was looking for the downsides of being self aware as i struggle with a lot of things in my life due to it, that stair case for me is 3 steps instead of 10 steps when i was young i would always wonder about the ignorance of adults towards kids thoughts or realizations

Unfortunately this comes with an unintended consequence when it comes to life. The more we become aware of our perceptions, the more we are aware of our ignorance and it's growth. The more you know that you don't know. The Dunning-Kruger effect. Many over estimate our own perceptions even being aware falling pray to this phenomenon. But while we are limited, this can allow us to be humble towards coming across what works. Another way of looking at it is our relationship towards our perceptions is another form of self awareness that allow possibilities. Be humble, don't take pride in your works.
This channel needs to come back. If it does I am going to sub
