The bareback rider electrified crowds at a second straight Texas Swing rodeo by riding for Pickett Pro Rodeo's Top Notch for 89 points in the Short Round.
“It’s always been a dream of mine not only to win a World Championship, but I don’t know if anybody’s ever won the Texas Swing,” he said. “So I won Fort Worth last year, didn’t make the Short Round here last year so I figured I would win Fort Worth again, come to San Antonio and go to Houston and win that as well so that’s the plan.”
