plain flour : 6 glass
water: as you need
salt: 1 Tablespoon
yeast : 1 Tablespoon
veg oil : 1 tablespoon
rest dough for 2 Hours
Filling :
minced meat: half kg
onion : 3
bell pepper: 2
hot pepper:5
garlic
tomato :3
fresh coriander
turmeric :1 teaspoon
cumin : 1 teaspoon
salt : 1 tablespoon
coriander seeds : 1 tablespoon

بله در داش پخته میشود ، من بعضی وقت گوشت تفت میدهم و بعضی وقت خام ، وقتی خام باشد سمبوسه بسیار آبدار و خوبش میاید
