How Reginald Lewis Built The First Black Billion-Dollar Business with Loida Lewis (Part 2)

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Reginald F. Lewis was a business pioneer, philanthropist, and titan. A Harvard Law School graduate, Lewis rose to prominence as a lawyer, financier, and leader of the global food company TLC Beatrice International. Lewis was the first African American ever to close an overseas billion dollar leveraged buyout deal. He acquired an unprecedented global conglomerate of 64 companies in 31 countries and paved the way for future entrepreneurs and black leaders through his life’s work until his untimely death at age 50.

She is gracious, but bold. Thanks for airing this interview. She gave us so many qualities to emulate: boldness, confidence, kindness, patience, balance and more.

This was so wonderful. You can see how passionate she is about her husband's legacy. It was very touching. Of course she is correct when she says black boys need to be in the know in the technology sector.

I met Mrs. Lewis in 2010 at her Hamptons home for an Entrepreneurs event and she was so gracious and so giving of her time and laid out for me the point by point method of what to do and how to pursue my own goals using his life as a template.I am on track towards developing my own financial services firm. God Bless them Both.

This interview was POINTLESS due to the fact that it failed to mention which gender ruined Black American families. The males and their "race mixing" perversion.

When a "black" man does business at this level and magnitude then dies in short order, foul play always has to be considered. He died of brain cancer, and so did Johnnie Cochran.....probably given the same potion.

Such a wonderful legacy! Yet, I'm sorry to hear that he cheated on his wife! She is a wonderful and devoted person and you can tell that it hurt her so much because she loved him so much! We have every God given right to expect our marriage partners to be faithful to us! I had hoped that he was also a great example of how black men can also be faithful to their wives! I do commend him for his amazing business achievements! It truly bothers me that such a healthy and young man could die so quickly of brain cancer. I don't believe that was by chance... God bless his wife and daughters.
