I believe you can reforge spat as long as you also have a full item which transforms into an artefact without losing the reforger I think i remember doing just that a few games ago

I mean that is quite clearly done by him in the vid with other Artifact Items. The question is, if you can reforge the emblem as a if it was a "normal" item

I took the augment for the first time, reforged the artifact and lost the reforger but still somehow went 4th.
