    That was excellent. I did understood the solenoid valves. They have a lot of applications in mechanical ventilators in intensive care . Thank you so much.

    where can I buy the solenoid valve you used in the video and roughly how much would it cost me? Also, how much of the equipment you used is necessary for the valve to work and could I control it with an arduino uno board?

    Hello. Thank you for the video Ms Pneumatic. So if I want to control the acceleration/desacceleration speed ramp of a double acting cylinder, I suppose need two proportional 2/2 valves connected as close as possible to the cylinder and a 5/2 pneumatic valve...is that correct?

    Hi. Can i ask, does the valve restricts air flow when the solenoid suddenly stop. I have this problem on my machine that when the machine trip off the cylinders inside in suddenly falls down.

    Ideas where I can find a micro proportional solenoid valve? I'm trying to find one very small and lightweight with max voltage 6V, better if 3V. I'd like to find one "in-line", like a check valve, but which can control the flow in the garanted direction!

    Thanks for the video.We have a problem w/ the speed of hyd cyl using proportional valve.The cyl does not not move smoothly during slow speed,theres jerking movement.We already replaced the proportional valve but the problem still exist.Is the controller has problem?Hope to hear from you.Thanks

    Thanks for watching. It is difficult to determine exactly what kind of problem there is because I do not know the exact environment. However, if the controller is a problem, jerking movement is unlikely. When air is filled inside the cylinder, it often happens. So try to bleed the air inside the cylinder.

  • @johnevan7737

    @@MsPneumatic Thanks for your reply,the jerking movement only happens during the very very slow speed of cyl.if we put the speed of cyl from 0 to 10, the problem occurs during the no.2 speed.but at other speed value it does not happen or maybe its not noticeable.Again thanks for your videos.Very informative.

    @@johnevan7737 are you restricting the air input to the cylinder or the air exhaust at the other side? restricting exhaust leads to smoother operation

    I have a question, can the microcontroller adjust the plunger ? What I mean not just to open or close it , also control it by setting it for example half opened ?

    Yes. The 'proportional control valve controller' can control electricity to control the degree of closing of the plunger.

    what's different about diapraghm and piston pilot valve?

  • @MsPneumatic

    @MsPneumatic

    2 жыл бұрын

    The pilot and diaphragm both have one thing in common: the way they operate to control large flow rates with low power consumption. The difference is that the pilot type controls the flow path through the 'pilot hole', and the diaphragm controls the flow path through the 'diaphragm'. There is a video made for the pilot type, so please refer to it. kzread.info/dash/bejne/oXeEtJifqsrTj8o.html
