I’m wondering if the infection bit is true (which it does happen quite often to people [infections of any kind]) do you think maybe she could’ve been placed on steroids to overcome it? Only speculating.

I am a Bulgarian that is interested in history but this the first time I hear this story. I totally believe it though. One of her brothers was 8 years in coma after a car accident before dieing. It's crazy life even for royals.

Bad karma, maybe. I feel bad for her but none of her family deserves to take credit from being former royals. They don't care about Bulgaria and never did anything for it's people. There was an incident some time ago where Kalina was drunk driving. She should find treatment for her health problems.

The great-grandfather of Kalina was of Austrian origin, known as Ferdinand the Fox. Her father Simeon, came to "rule" our country with promises to fix the political situation in 800 days. Well, guess, that never happened. He just took every single land and estate, that he had inherited and left. This Kalina woman, she is NOT of Bulgaria. She just has Bulgarian name - Kalina. Defenitely a silicone nose... it's contracted & capsulized inside it makes those pinched nose form... how do i know, i used to wear a silicone implant myself. But mine is not destructive like that but caused my nose to look a bit pinched & unbalance in the right nostril.

With all the Rinoplastic surgeons today, she can ask one to redo the tip of her nose easely (the worse part of it) and a excellent dentist to do something for her teeth. If she have so much discipline in exercice, she can develop the same thing to look classy and beautiful.

Everyone knows about gum loss after tooth removal or after age. Her top lip flatten. The nose infection and surgery are very much on point. I can see why see would want to have a health control over the rest of her body.

This is the popular opinion here in Bulgaria.

At least she was lucky enough to keep some of her nose. I know a person who lost half of his nose after that infection. The poor thing lived for a long time locked up in her house. The pandemic gave her the freedom to walk freely through the streets without feeling bad because of the perverse glances of the people. She still uses face masks (now they are more accepted)...very soon she will have reconstructive surgery)

and MJ had decease- discoid lupus, that caused scarring on face. He was not able to get cosmetic plastic surgeries after diagnosis, as plastic surgeries make discoid lupus more active. He had only reconstructive ones to cover burn scars.
