I'll take a look. Not deeply familiar with that genera so I'd have to make I have something useful to say first.
1 question. How LBJ pass civil rights bill while most of the senator was against it. How did he persuade them? What to do if we can't persuade senator how to pass the bill? What trick politician use to pass a bill which no one like? Expecting your reply

This is a great question. I am actually currently reading a book by Cairo that analyzes the foundations of this. I expect to make it into a video eventually. I’ll share a few things he did to gain power. I am not to the part yet where he passes the bill. You’ll have to extrapolate a bit. First he found undervalued power bases (the little senate) and grew them. Second he was always on the lookout for what people wanted and how those wants lined up with what he wanted. Third he used typical pork barrel techniques and hiding special clause techniques that are common now. There’s so many more power tips but I don’t want to spoil the video. If you are curious, check out the books on LBJ that Cairo wrote, or just Google the summaries.
All true - all poisonous. Not how any leader of a healthy organization should behave if focused on long term success.

There definitely is an interesting dynamic between long and short term strategies in leadership, persuasion, relationships, and other areas of life. I’ve found both are necessary to understand. Mr. Roy’s family reveals a lot about the consequences of unrestrained short term strategies.
