A significant point about the worgen: while the use of the scythe of elune prevented the curse from spreading by infection any more, and afflicted individuals don't pass the curse on to their children, they can still pass the curse to willing recipients who drink worgen blood. So, theoretically, more of the Alliance turning themselves into worgen is entirely a possibility, especially since it prevents being turned into a Forsaken.

You should've mentioned the Curse of the Worgen comic. Worgen are so ridiculously powerful that they can leap buildings and tear an adult human male in half while lifting them over their heads.

Arthas King Normally play horde as a forsaken, however I sometimes play alliance with worgen (but everyone knows dark iron dwarves are better)

Worgens should have 2 additional race traits 1. "increased sense of smell" (2 min cd) which makes you able to see or track stealthed targets for 10/12 seconds. 2. "Ferocious respect /Respect the Alpha" allies gets 5% increased crit rate when standing near a worgen (not stackable with similiar abilities).

If blizzard doesn't make it where Gilneas is a future updated zone that plays into the story (where Genn finally kills sylvanas perhaps) then I'll be pretty sad.

There are 2 Worgen players Kids who grew up loving Vanhelsing. That end battle will forever be etched in our minds. We also love our dogs And the furries By the Light I hate the furries But they are our countrymen FOR THE ALLIANCE

my worgen warrior is by far my favorite. The animations, the style, the way he sit, the "rage" thingy. Warrior is to worgen what druid is to night elves

Worgen Rules If I remember my very First character I play was a Worgen

My main is a male Worgen hunter. I very much like the fact I can essentially function as my own mount and have one of the coolest physical aesthetics in the game. Plus, Iove the fact that the Worgen have a sort of Britidh ascent when they speak.

If you notice, when you start a new character on the alliance and don’t click on a race, just the classes. You’ll go through all of them then get to the DK and it goes straight to the Worgen

We know for a fact from literature and in-game snippets that Gilneans are technologically far more advanced than the other human kingdoms (maybe with the exception being Kul Tiras). Also, the title is kind of misleading. Most of the video was history and some random facts thrown in, but none of it covered how powerful Worgen actually are.

How powerful are Vulpera?

I love the worgen. Only wish they dident only use their paws as weapons. Imagen a boss fight with Three worgens. Perhaps former Alpha's that now serve greymane as his elite. One useing hounds and represents the noble class fox hunters from old England. Next might be a skilled swordwoman, useing the gilneas Rapier as her weapon. Last one might be a hulking worgen, large and powerful that Waits for the other two to fall. He might be more brutal, but uses a mixture of nature magic and primal rage to fight.

@@synobyte2123 yes, but if you look at the worgen mobs, most of the time they do not weild weapons. I know they do when they are one many possible spawns, but let says in Silverpine. Barely any of the worgens there use any sort of weapons, only their fists.

I think that is partially due to Blizzard not having updated such things in a long time, and partially due to the fact that most of the worgen we fight as mobs (particularly in the Duskwood area where we see many of them) are feral. Correct me if I'm wrong there, but I don't think there are any non-feral Wuggie mobs. The ones out in Silverpine that the Forsaken fight are Gilneans, and do use weapons. So does Genn.

The only reason why I play alliance is because of worgen

I have question, what with disadvantages of Worgen’s curse? After get Help from elf they get back their mind. Its not became Worgen curse have only benefits? U get better body in fight, resistance for orher curse ect. Always u can stay in human form and transform when u angry (like hulk but still have mind)

I guess the keen sense of smell could give you too much information on passers by... Also, since extreme anger seems to trigger the change on many worgen, who's to say any event that causes your blood to rush doesn't do the same.

How do you guys feel about their new upcoming designs? I Personally love them so far. Get gabbin or get goin.

How do they stack up though as far as a physical? I'd imagine they'd be near the top, if not on top due to their predatory nature which isn't something any of the other beast races really have.

I had a Worgen druid as my main for a long time. Definitely druid. Ended up race changing to a night elf as i got tired of seeing my guy hunched over lol.

if a worsen scratches a human, will the human become a worgen? Also, I dislike that the worgen don’t get the diplomatic buff that normal humans do. It’s like why even play worgen when your form only gives you a tiny bit of critical instead of a diplomacy boost which helps gets new allied races to play as.

@Devastator Being able to change from human into a werewolf isn’t even a curse. They are so dramatic; imagine if a random orc tried to kill you as human? You would then shape into a worgen and finish him off plenty easy. Worgen deserve to spread, they lost their second home and some people might of died.

the base attributes of the worgen according to the website wow.gamepedia.com/Worgen_(playable): Mage Priest Rogue Warlock Warrior Druid Hunter Death knight Strength 23 \23\ \23\ \23\ \23\ \26\ \24\ \23\ 111 (same as the orc) Agility 22 \22\ \22\ \25\ \22\ \22\ \22\ \25\ 75 (more than orc) Stamina 20 \20\ \20\ \21\ \21\ \22\ \20\ \21\ 99 (like normal humans=less than orc) Intellect 16 \19\ \18\ \16\ \18\ \16\ \18\ \16\ 25 (is the second race with less intelligence) Spirit 19 \21\ \22\ \19\ \21\ \19\ \21\ \20\ 41 (less than orc) although this race does not excel in magic classes, they are very suitable for warrior, rogue, hunter and Death knight in fact it is the most balanced breed between strength, agility and stamina (surpassing average humans in the first two, other races that have higher numbers in one usually lack in the other)

It doesnt make sense worgen deathknights considering the cataclysm triggered the worgen outbreak from argual being bad at dogs. Worgen deathknights need to go

Read the Curse of the Worgen comic. It explains it pretty well. The Worgen isn't exactly a druid form. It's predecessor, pack form, was a druid form but an extremely volatile one. It drew from the power of Goldrinn, a wolf ancient that was extremely fierce and rebellious. Long story short, one druid used the Scythe of Elune in a ritual that combined the essence of Goldrinn with the essence of Elune, and it mutated the spell into a curse.

*Imagine cultural mixture and intermarriages between Gilnean Worgens and Kaldorei/Night Elves* 😃😄

I wish you could customize some of these races better. Female character models are always better than male. I had a Worgen druid as a main for a couple years but got tired of the hunching so i race changed. Now my 2 mains are Night Elf druid and Zandalari Troll Druid. I could not play as a normal troll because of the hunch. I also cant play as a tauren. I wish you had an option of a could different stances or postures. Female worgen stand up straight.. Female trolls stand up straight. Female draenei are waaay more thin and dont look like cows. Why not give body options??

As of right now,any human that drinks Worgen blood can become a Worgen,after the Worgen were blessed by the Scythe of Elune they could no longer spread the curse by biting people
