The US prison population would be an excellent labor force for this process.
Maybe you need more efficiency crushing and granulating machine line and supporting facility for Plastic Recycling.

Plastic is made with molds and dies, if we require every plastic producer to stamp their address on their product, we can send them back to the manufacture.
Doesn’t look like many safety precautions or regulations. I hope they aren’t inhaling a lot of microplastics :/

For all we know, using plastic packaging could be on level with genocide, not to mention the harm its putting other land animals and sea life through. We arevall in on it however reluctant.
