I am at baby step 1... getting adequate sleep. Everything else hinges on getting more than 3 hours of sleep. I work nights by choice and am blessed to work from home, but fight my body and the everything else to get enough sleep. The struggle is real. I cannot even get to baby steps - the rest. 😢
