what about a case in which my neighbor/council member was allowed to illegally redevelop a non conforming property that he purchased from the Mayor. He was issued fraudulent building permits. He was held above the law. He discovered he was not going to be allowed to record the illegal redevelopment on the County plat map. At that time he along with the City, County and State officials determined his option was to eliminate me from my private property. Without the additional amount of property my land had to offer him the court would have ordered him to remove or bring his non complaint structures into compliance with State building and drainage laws. He began applying glyphosate on my property. Within the first three months I was unable to function due to the effects the chemicals had on my skin. I was denied a trespass against this neighbor. The chemical attack continued for the next 5+ years. I tried desperately to defend my home, business and property. I could not defend myself or property from the chemicals. I was harassed by the other officials in every way possible. I was summoned to court several times based on fabricated laws and ordinances. Those cases were dismissed only resulting in this neighbor becoming more aggressive. Knowing that my life was being threatened, one afternoon a County Deputy stopped by my house to advise me that this neighbor had no intention of stopping the chemical assault. I was suffering to the degree that it was unbearable to simply wear clothes. On the word of that County Detective I felt I had no other option but to flee from my property and try to recover my health. When I fled I was suffering a full body severe skin condition, I was blind and homeless for the following four years. They took my property without just compensation. They deprived me of my rights under color of law. They conspired against my Federally protected rights. They committed fraud and made false statements about me. My condition is chronic. When the FBI finally got involved, the County Sheriff made false statements. The agent arrived at my home specifically to review my hard copy evidence but announced as he entered my home that he had no intention of reviewing my evidence. I referred to my situation as being terrorized. He corrected me and advised me that I have been tortured. Two hours after he left my home I received a letter from the USPS. The letter was written by a Deputy Assistant Director for the US Attorney's office. The letter stated that the FBI agent determined no violation of Federal law has occurred. Torture and the above mentioned rights are violations of Federal law.

My compassion. That is almost as bad as the crimes against myself.Does your text mean that the same Sheriff agent refused to look at your evidence but said that what had been done to you was torture? Only to then prove to have ignored that same statement/advice of torture and writing that no violation of law had been made against you?If I got this right, does it mean that his advised you to say you have been tortured, that that utterance is or is NOT valid? Sounds like a strange , awful case of gaslighting with intention to weaken your psyche, integrity, functioning, sense of reality and misguide your spirit. Known in psychical torture and warfare. Do what you can to stay integer, please don't isolate too much, since that weakens one in the long run. renedring lack of human contact energetically. Idk how damaged I have becóme by it, but realize that at least it is difficult to recover from, since one gets an unpleasant atmosphere, energy, whcih repells people. And it dawned ión me these 8 homeless years, that people are/behave much like animals still, even spiritually and christianly oriented ones. I thoght they'd help me and fled to my home village. Some kindnesses, but no real help and even betrayal, false promises, which weakens me more than no promises, since I then soully turn towards the helper-to-be awautítying the help(fúlness), which never comes and then leaves a negative cavity. I amsure there is a solution for me, just have to manage to get sleep, hope, focus, concentrate, find it. Have you found natural healing help yet? Might you seek naturopath, corrective Chiropractic Dr, have you got a healthy diet and habits that stabilize and support you and save life-energy? did you get sick-pension, sick-money to live on at least? did/do you have family or friends, some good company or social inclusion? I hope so. Take care of yourself. In order to get damages for torture, is something missing, like you filing exact report on dates and what happened? I have been good at that bu have been sleepless and stress-damaged by them for too many years to stay functional, am pretty burnt out since decades, and mostly surviving and working to not be too resentful, fearful , angry, hopeless and suicidal, struggling to manage everyday life and basic needs.

This guy had the freedom to do whatever he chose and have no concern about the law. He was protected in unlawfully seizing my property to apply chemicals on it for over 5 years. His intent was to eliminate me. The EPA did the field test, determining the chemical was glyphosate. I know that this guy works in a place that handles very hazardous chemicals. I tried calling, emailing and every other method to contact the investigator or his boss. I wanted to know if they tested for the chemicals used at his place of employment. I have never gotten a response from them. They determine chemicals were unlawfully used and haul ass. The chemicals never stopped due to them determining what the chemicals were. My assailant only got more aggressive WTH. I will not find any peace until my story is told. Of course they began this attack by convincing everyone I was crazy. So when the local ER overdosed me on IV steroids in an attempt to offer me some relief and I was hallucinating. Ended up in ICU for three days. Determined on record to be an overdose. That fit right in with their scheme. I have everything factually documented, public record, court documents, emails the is no wiggle room to deny what they did to me. But nobody cares if a self employed woman in Montrose, Iowa was poisoned by her neighbor to eliminate her from her private property. She had no political influence and there are not a more corrupt entity of government in this country who would do this to a human being. It has never happened to anyone else. My Dr., the one who saved my life that I did not find until 4 years after I was forced to flee from my property to escape the chemicals, told me I should write a book. So I guess I am looking for a co writer, I know the story, but I don't have a clue how to put it on paper in a comprehensible manner. Please tell me what brought your attention to my story? I was submitting my evidence to the local editor in real time. An decent attorney would fight for a higher settled, but a great attorney will get you a higher settlement.

Both wrong. What happens is that if their policy is only 15k then your lawyer will fill a claim with your insurance company for remaining amount

Their policy + your policy + personal suit if severe enough to do so. How do I know? I broke 14 bones in a motorcycle accident that was not my fault.

If all your bills are $60k and let's say your going to be treating for yrs or ever, total up 1 plus how yrs to 80 or 85yrs old, so it's $2k a yr and your 63, that's $44. So I would ask $225.00.
