For a normal person, visiting China for tourism is almost impossible. By contrast, Indians can visit easily and in some cases, like Hong Kong, do not even need a visa yet we're the so-called iron brothers. It is our fault that we have a poor economic situation and no control over the security situation. Our babus have ensured diplomatic and official passports can get you there while ordinary people can go to hell. You also see all kinds of Chinese products in SOST but no Pakistani products in Xinjiang...that is our incompetence and our govt.'s failure to negotiate deals. I visited China because I was invited for a talk and everything was arranged from their side including pick-drop from the airport, hotel, food, tour, etc. Overall, it is a great country and the cities are modern. Language is a big issue even in big cities like Beijing.

@@Pappupola You have options...get someone to invite you for a business trip and submit all the documents or join a tour operator and go for a group tour. China currently does not give tourism visa to Pakistanis on an individual basis.

China is the world's second largest economy, the world's largest import and export country, more than 60+ million foreigners enter China every year, if open tourist visas, China's airports are overwhelmed. all in all China government is not service for you, if you have APEC business card, enter China is easy.

Look at the China visa, how difficult they have made for Pakistanis, means practically no tourist visa & if business visa, so difficult almost impossible for a common visitor, before telling you that how thankless & greedy country China is, you must be knowing that they have no restrictions for tourist visa in India, procedure is highly simple and express tourist visa they can get within 3-4 hours. Now talking about Chinese thanklessness about Pakistan, believe me, it may be news for you that whatever China today is, it’s because of Pakistan, Pakistan was the only country who would give access to China otherwise no country in the world particularly Westerns would allow them to enter into their countries, even their Hujjajs (Haji’s) would go to Saudi Arabia through Islamabad Pakistan, then in 1970s Pakistan was the one who introduced China to USA, 1st by a secret visit of USA foreign minister and then president Nixen visit. Similarly whatever technology they have was acquired through Pakistan because Pakistan had the best USA and western technology in every field which China would request for reverse engineering and make a copy of that, then Pakistan has been fighting their war against India but look at their discriminative attitude towards Pakistan compared to India, similarly their hypocrisy regarding treatment of religious minorities particularly in neighbouring province Xinjiang, you must have heard this our v logger who was telling about restrictions on performing of nimaz etc, so one can write book on this subject
