I'm going to say one thing: DONT EVER DO SUCH A CRIME. Not only is it a crime but it hurts the person who is worried about their child's kidnapping. NEVER!!! Another thing, I think it would be prudent if you went and apologized to that mother's child (If you haven't done it already). You significantly hurt her and it might have left her with long-term consequences.

Francis' childhood background may have robbed him of certain basic morals, eg, truth telling, ephathy, and incorruptibility. He took unfair advantage of a grieving mother. That's despicable and diabolical. I hope he can look for a way of reaching out to this unfortunate mother who lost a daughter and apologise. You seem to enjoy some assumed heroic status and bravado. Only narcissistic do that. Altogether, though, Francis, you've tremendous talents in IT, communication, high IQ... please use them all for the Glory of God, who delivered out of prison, and the benefit of humanity.

Bro, HOW COULD YOU? take advantage of such a situation? you can choose to call it falsely accused, but you blackmailed and stole from a woman in her lowest moment, we are all human, we all make mistakes, and I'm not here to judge, but what you did is lower of the low and I feel five years spent on remand was not even enough. You are just as guilty as the evil people who did the evil deed of kidnapping a child. I hope you learned your lesson, I hope it was worth the money you tried to steal from a family in their weak moment. I said I'm not here to judge but I feel so angry, there is being human and then there is being ocean deep and what you did is lower as deep as the ocean deep in its evil.

Very good story teller. He really has flow.
The fact that he took advantage of a mother's desperate situation in the first place and acted like it was just a silly little prank he was playing really irritates me. I hope he learns remorse in the end and maybe then he'll get his second chance.
Kutoka jela ni kama kuingia heaven bro. Its an achievement in itself. Those accusing this guy no nothing. He has admitted committing a crime naively. Plse learn from the crime. Confidence in the face of adversary is a step in the right direction. It helps.
So this guy is from a prisoner to motivational speaker Cause the whole story to me he's just telling us how he was a hero...my thoughts though

@francisotundo You seem to lack empathy and those are traits of a narcissistic. What you did to that lady is not a joke. You seem to take it lightly as just threatening, but it is taking advantage of someone's misery in the worst way possible. They were dealing with the pain of a missing child and all you can think of is to con her using her fear and anxiety for her child??? One day you will learn your lesson well if you are still refusing to do so.

We thank you father for your wonderful day bless all the viewers of utugi tv I know God shall open door for me
The fact that you had a child on the way and you decided to take advantage of another parents.. misery .. I didn't detect any remorse or empathy for that mother haki. The fact that you learnt later the child had passed away and the only thing that you were worried about is that your goose is cooked .. Eh ... Asante kwa kutuelimisha lakini wah

Next time control the interview, the interviewee is only giving us his version and sounds very excited trying very hard to minimize his association in the crime therefore leaving out alot of details of the actual crime or the case.

Good narration but there are several loopholes in this story. This guy says he was motivated by the ransom money. But he was not doing bad at that time to go to such extent.when the CID came, there was a bundle of 20k lying idle somewhere in the house.he had good skill set to get good gigs. He knows the truth

He has admitted in doing wrong all through ,those who are saying he's not are not are very poor in listening.
