How Nougat Is Made Inside The Factory
Nougat, aerated confection made by mixing nuts and sometimes fruit pieces in a sugar paste, the composition of which is varied to give either a chewy or brittle consistency. Nougat originated in Mediterranean countries, where honey, together with almonds or other nuts, was beaten into egg whites and then sun-dried.

Agreed! Very badly designed machine. Probably designed by someone who has never once set foot into a food manufacturing facility.

I hope you know that people wash themselves and their hands. External contamination is always unless în a sterile lab. Do you also wear gloves when eating or do you wash your hands before you eat?

@@Bestyutza external contamination should never be an excuse too process food without basic hygiene standards. It's disgusting 🤢 sweat oil and DNA are transferred to food by some sweaty big man who only knows when he last scrubbed his hands! If you think this is acceptable enjoy the crap being fed to you! I'll pass and find a nice clean place with high standards to buy from 🇬🇧
