Depending on the individual hair, I think split ends are just something that happen even if you did take good care of your hair and you shouldn't go nuts over them. They are just a part of hair life. :) I think the best way to try and prevent them is to wear the hair up and out of harm's way, but even then, it's always possible to get splits. I used to be totally obsessed about cutting away individual split ends, but these days I just can't bother with them. Regular trims a couple of times a year get the job done well enough, and what's there afterwards can just be there. :)

I cut all split ends I can find, I have quite damaged hair and don't want to cut too much of my length in one moment, I trim it a bit every month. I heard that oils and silicones are a good way to protect hair, I think it's worth trying.

@@aizaawan9294 to make the paste I only used henna leaves and if you can't find enough leaves, you could add egg or hibiscus leaves etc. There are sites about list of things you could mix with henna Just search them and find things that are available in your place. Then add these with one or two spoon water in a grinder and mix them. Don't add too many drops or it won't look like a paste. There, you can keep it in refrigerator after using and continue for one or two days more. I usually apply it once or twice a week. Try not to look for results the same day. You'd notice change after few weeks. Just apply and wash it off after 20 minutes. And another important thing, if you're hair isn't oily type, then you should apply a bit oil in your head as well because henna can make it dry.

Smells disgusting but it works: mix 1 tsp instant caffeinated coffee granules (the cheapest brand works fine), 1 tbs lemon juice, 2 tbs apple cider vinegar, juice of 1 onion, juice of 3 cloves of garlic, juice of 4 tbs of ginger, 2 tbs yellow mustard. Apply to freshly shampood and rinsed scalp (you can oil your hair far away from scalp to keep mixture from being absorbed into your tresses if you find you have a hard time washing the smell out of hair - I don’t, so I don’t bother with this step). Cover with plastic and wrap with damp, hot towel (this is a must! You need heat to open your pores to get mixture to absorb into scalp). Wait 30 minutes. Wash out with scented shampoo to get rid of smell (I use peppermint essential oil shampoo), and rinse hair with diluted apple cider vinegar. Follow your normal hair care routine. Do 3 times a week. See results in 2 months. Gave me thicker hair (wider hair shaft diameter), regrowth of lost hair density (number of hairs per area), and drastically reduced my hair loss. Do not add oils to hair mixture. This mixture is water soluble and oils will interfere with the scalp absorption of water soluble ingredients.

Even if you take care about your hair you will still have split ends. It's a normal thing in hair life. So ig you should just trim your hair a couple of times in an year and stop worrying about it.(I'm also experiencing this and worrying about it doesn't change anything.)

Are you 100% sure of going to heaven when you die? Acts 16:30-31 KJV And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? [31] And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. Believe on the Lord💕
