Plenty of clients yes. It can be a little tricky but yes it's great. I have videos about this. The only thing is if you have more than 60k in stocks and you die them there are estate taxes. There are ways around this

That is some great information for sure. I want to open my LLC any day now and I am very concerned about the 5472 form, from what I gather from this video i don't need to submit it before April 15 of this year, rather until april 15 2025?

I live in Portugal with the d7 visa and work as a freelancer. I will open an LLC to get the non-double tax benefits of Portugal's NHR program. I have been told it is best to pay myself in dividends from the LLC, I am not sure if this is possible or if it would save me money... there is a lot to figure out. I stay in India and while opening an LLC in Wyoming as a single member for Amazon FBA can I use a Florida address (where my relative is residing) for business mail receiving as the agencies (tailor brand/ inc file) are up charging a lot for mail receiving and forwarding.

NO one is explaining what address to put in a foreign Non-Resident of the USA for the BOI if "Company address cannot be Registered Agent address, PO Box or Virtual Office". May I ask for foreigners, what should we put down for the US company address? Can I put down my virtual office address?

Do the foreign owners of the LLCs also have to have a company in the country where they live or is the US LLC enough?
