INSIDER I loved this one!!! During the MCAT, in the critical reading section, there was a passage about documentary sound design; particularly how ultimately the goal of a documentary is generally to convey truth. However, sometimes artificial, enhanced, or contrived sounds are necessary when the actual sound doesn’t support this goal or is unavailable, not of the right quality, etc.. So Tl;dr it’d be interesting to see an episode about how documentarians do sound design 😁

@@HarshanalHalim The way I understood it, once you die you're untethered from causality. Time is like "confetti" but her love for her family is the constant. So her dead self was unintentionally haunting her alive self.

That’s why you practice. In dress rehearsals, table reads, reading before your scenes. For this one shot I can’t imagine the amount of time they rehearsed it before the actual take

they could've easily used editing tricks to make it seem like one take, but they chose to do all these complicated methods to make it more authentic.. who said cinema's dead

The girl who plays young Shirley (LuLu Wilson) is in Annabelle 2 and Ouija 2 :) she’s a great little actress! Very cool seeing her grow up in scary movies over such a short time, she’s only 13! (Also Theo, Shirley, young father and young Shirley are in Ouija 2 :o)

I knew it! That’s why I’m so captivated by Two Storm episode. There’s just something about that episode that makes me feel like I’m literally there with the Crain family. When they were at Nell’s funeral, I really felt the tension- It didn’t feel like I wasted 53 minutes. I enjoyed every second!

I felt like I genuinely was there with them, when Luke saw her body, it was so real to me, I cried a lot... even now if I think about it, I feel like I was there the whole time... it’s crazy how tv shows and movies can affect us... gotta be more careful when deciding to watch a new show... the Walking Dead made my brain go a thousand miles a second...
This show ripped my heart out. I wish I could unsee this Whole series just to watch it again. So well done.

Three years later and this show is still a masterpiece. I will never forget this series. The script, just everything was perfect. It’s unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. Huge fan of Mike Flanagans work. Anything he’s producing, I’m WATCHING.

The second season of AHS: Asylum is really good, actually the best season, just as good as Hill House. I would say the first season: Murder house is inspired by the Hill House book, but I still need something more. The rest 6 seasons is not that good. For me, the latest season is the worst one.

This show had very theater-esque aspects to it, the long one take scenes, the dramatic emotional monologues, and the staging/blocking. This is what really made me enjoy this show.
tbh this child cast is one of the best and most incredible cast i’ve seen in years. they all did an amazing job

Remember Actors don’t always go by the script lines, they sometimes they just say what the character would say or do. Sometimes the director will tell the actor(s) to just roll with it and don’t say what’s on the script because a change was made.

Watching episode 6, I did assume this episode is gonna blow up, but the amount of critical acclaim it received is nothing short of an appraisal. It definitely serves justice to Jackson's modern classic.

Simply magnificent. I can't imagine the pressure they all felt at the thought that one tiny mistake would screw everything up at any point. Amazing acting, amazing choreography, amazing everything. Possibly the best episode in any of the shows I've watched so far. Kudos to these people for creating this work of art.

the one-take really made it feel like i was there running with them, getting scared with them
The music they used just added so much depth to the atmosphere as well. One of my favorite episodes in a horror show next to the ending of Penny Dreadful.

I just finished watching season 1 of this show and I was hooked from start to finish! Even from the very first episode I got chills running down my spine and everything from the cast, the cinematography, the screenplay provided me with one of the best viewing experiences I've had in a long time. Everyone involved with bringing this story to life deserves every conceivable accolade in existence.
I love this show so muucchhh! It's by far my favorite show! And it was filmed so amazingly, the storyline is so perfect and I cant wait until season 2. But seriously, they've done such a perfect job with this ❤

This season was a masterpiece ; one of the best layer out shows I’ve ever seen. Watching it for the 3rd time now and still get chills
The ending of this made me cry so much but happy for them I literally watched this whole series in 2 days and i loved it so much
It was an amazing feat that they pulled off and the fact that they were working with several small children makes it's it even more incredible. Just wow.

There is a stark difference in the tone and environment between both the peices... One is indoors and the other certainly outdoor so it takes way more effort to do something in confined spaces with minimum movement

This episode was insane and the entire series is so scary one of the best horror releases of 2018
The show is absolutely outstanding. i felt so drawn into it and just i got hooked from episode 1. im not completely finish cause i want to enjoy since season 2 doesnt come out for another year. i have seen this episode and i was just blown away. the talent these people have is just mind blowing. i cant wait to see what they do for season 2.

This show keeps getting better and better with every bit of information coming out about it. Like no really, everytime I learn something new, I feel the need to rewatch the whole show to catch these things.
