He is damn smart man and the name Charles shobraj suites him alot and just to tell u nepal police didn't caught him but he made nepal police to arrest him as per his plan and to survive the death penalty if he got in other countries but in nepal there is no death penalties so he took advantage of it and made nepal police caught him as per his plan
