One of the best way to get steering balance is to drive in high way , all nee beginners should drive their first highway drive for about 59 km at 60kmhr speed to enhance their steering balance. Driving is not a theoretical to read and learn, need to get experience in practical conditions. Every drive will teach you new things. As you said the movement in highway is very less depends on your speed. It’s good informative vdo , I suggest the beginners don’t try placing sticker on windshield and matching your centre which wouldn’t work practically all the time.

LONG COMMENT AHEAD Ok let me tell you steering rotation with simple techniques, 1. Every curve on highway has some angle of curve in degrees. we don't know that. 2. If you steer perfectly to the angle of curve then it gives perfect turning and your car won't wobble. if you steer less than the angle of curve, then it is under steering, and if you steer more than the angle of curve then it is over steering. 3. So the driver should simultaneously calculate the angle of curve while driving? you may ask. (Naama vandi otradhe periya vishayam idhula vera angle of curve ellam calculate panna mudiyuma?) No!! i have a simple solution for that. 4. Hold your steering straight and tight before entering any curve. when you enter a curve just tilt your head according to the road and your hand will automatically turns the steering accordingly. (idhu enna pudhu purali) 5. what is the logic? you may ask. when you tilt your head, your eye ball also tilts, so your brain detects that some image which was seen before is now tilted to some angle (because it compares with image in which our head, eye ball, hands was straight before entering the curve) now everything is tilted except your hand. so brain orders your hand to tilt the steering according to the tilted image. (Don't worry our brain will process this whole steps in fraction of second). 6. Still don't understand? you want examples? Ok. * Have you seen F1 race? the driver tilt his head fraction of seconds before he turns the steering in every curve to turn the car at high speed. This is the simple logic they use because they don't know angle of curve in race track. * Have you ever noticed kids playing car/bike race games in computer or PS? They use to tilt their head while entering curves. (Even though they don't know to drive a real car/bike, somehow they learnt to tilt the head in curves. do you wonder how? because it is already pre-programmed in our brain. you want example for that? read my last Eg) * One last funny example: If someone shows you a person's photo which is upside down and ask you to find the person. what you'll do? without any logic you try to rotate your head 180 degree downward to see the person. because your brain knows that the image is tilted 180 degree and orders you to rotate your head. (Enna oru puththisalithanam namma brain ku) SO now you are successfully learned how to steer perfectly in curve. CAUTION: * Try to learn this method slowly. * Do not try to change lane in middle of any curve. * Do not throttle your car in curve like you are in a straight road. * Do not enter any curve at high speed. because we don't know the angle of curve. * If you feel any wobbling just leave the throttle and steer.
