How much sugar is too much? it depends for what purpose & to whom! There's no such a thing as the objectively right amount of sugar. it's not the physiological effects of consumer goods, but their subjective valuations that matter.

Hard exercise neutralizes the bad foods. Eat whatever you want, just exercise real hard.

Not really kitty. It still takes away from health, just less. Neutralizes = not a word part of real life or biology. Ever wondered why people who train hard stay away from sugar or refined stuff like it's HIV? Yep it fucks up your results. Try things before you speak.

Corey Lynn I eat McDonalds/Burger King everyday and I run everyday too. I exercise so that I can eat McDonalds my favorite food.
