@@huriarauf189 You can't store data in RAM. The processor stores data in RAM by itself. You can store your data(pics, files, videos) in ROM/HDD of your phone/laptop. We/user can't decide what to store in a RAM. It is an automatic process. For laptop as well as smartphones in 2021, 8GB RAM is sufficient. 1 TB storage space of laptop is enough for most users and 128GB enough for a smartphone! ✌

Because that IR blaster is a part of MI’s ecosystem of various products ranging from vacuum cleaner to TV. All of those products can be controlled via a remote and MI wants to remove the barrier of remote from between and make you control everything in your house with just your phone. If you compare all the manufacturers in Xiaomi’s range then none of the other mobile manufactures have such a large ecosystem as them.

Apart from CPU, RAM and ROM, it important to know the maker of the phone. The established manufacturers have more experience in the design and making of the phone. Unless the circuit is properly designed and tested thoroughly all the big CPU, RAM and ROM have no meaning.

Bruh that doesn't mean that a cheap phone if made by a good company, is better than a flagship. Like, take iPhone se, compare that to flagships like mi 11 ultra, s21 ultra or even gaming phones like Rog phone 5 ultimate or Lenovo legion duel 2 (I mean like I don't really like their ui, but still they are like universes ahead of iPhone se). BTW what do you mean by circuits, the thing you're talking about is not connected to circuits at all, I think you might would wanna say something like in the software side including Ram management etc..
