Add other adjoining pods for different functions? Hope so, as that looks like a confession box. Hope none of your friends or family suffer from claustrophobia. However, an agoraphobic would be cured if they had to remain in that tiny home. I do like what you have achieved. AIRBNB would be a great idea.

In other words, cost a small fortune and MAYBE you can be a home owner IF you're allowed to live in it when you're done, which in most places it's illegal to do so.
