Most Freezones now have Ecommerce Licenses that allow you to sell on UAE marketplace and conduct business in other countries from same License. The cost in Northern Emirates starts arroud USD3.5k and if we do in Dubai then its Arround USD6.5k

Hey! DMCC is a legit and very prestigious FreeZone. They are quite expensive compared to normal freezone like Dubai Silicon Oasis and they have high compliance requirements. But if you have a good reason to setup there, then you can go for it.

I will create a separate videos on visa renewals but to answer your question: Annual - License renewal is annual and cost same as the first year license cost Annual - Plus you need to pay annual immigration card renewal that is 2000 in Dubai and 1200 in other emirates. Every 3 Years - Visa fee is paid every three years but if you have only 1 visa then we have free for life visa in this you don't pay the visa cost and only pay processing fee for Emirates ID and Medical every 3 years. If you have more than 1 visa then every visa will have a visa fee of AED 3,750+Emirates ID & Medical every 3 years. Hi Heaven, The residence visa price of AED 3,750 is for Investors and employees visa. For dependents the cost is much lower, see below the breakup: File Open: AED 300 Entry Permit: AED 600 Medical: AED 300 Emirates ID AED 370 Visa Stamping AED 675 That's a total AED 2,245 plus service fee.

You can run the online yoga business from FreeZone and If you need to offer your service to clients inside of mainland, then you have to partner with a mainland based Yoga or Wellness Centre where the Centre will invoice to end-client and you will invoice this Centre. They can take 10-20% of the income as service fee to you.

RAKEZ, SHAMS and SPC are on the lower end of the pricing depending on what thier current offers are. Most agency are individual channel partners for each freezone so there is no master. For example we at SetupHero are authorized channel partner multiple Freezones including IFZA(Silicon Oasis), Meydan, DUQE, DMCC, SHAMS, SPC, RAKEZ among others

Sponsoring the immediate family is not dependant on the company qouta. Once you become a UAE resident, you can then sponsor the family members on a family visa.

Hi Ali. There is no emirati sponsor is needed for freezone company. Every freezone will provide a free virtual lease agreement so you don't have to get a office space. However you need to buy a mailing service separately and if you need a tier 1 bank then an actual office is required as the bank will do physical verification

Freezones alow you to trade or sell services 100% Tax free and without any local owner. This means you will own the company 100%. So yes there is alot of benefits for freezone company in Dubai and indeed for consultancy business as well this is a good choice.

Correct. According to the new law, many Mainland LLC business activities does not require an Emirati partner anymore. However Freezone Company never need local partner and so you can have 100% ownership for any freezone company.
