Hi, What could be the approx minimum salary range(or if possible 25% percentile)of a Non EU Indian guy in Civil engineering Construction project management profile having a European master in same specialisation from top Italian technical University,10 years experience in India, 2 year exp in Italy, know B2 level Italian+A2 level German along English but no French & having some professional certification/Certified?
