Principado de Asturias as it's known to the locals is still so strictly Spanish, full of tradition, culture and an incredible lifestyle... there's also an insane amount of things to do, beaches, coast, nature and more.

Thanks for the video and never thought to look up on KZread for Oviedo Spain. I visited Oviedo twice in 89 and 90 when I had a Spanish girlfriend from Oviedo for 3-1/2” years. I didn’t speak much Spanish and she was my eyes and mouth the whole time o was there. She even yanked me for visiting her bc most Americans would visit Paris or London and not a small city like Oviedo. But she showed me the life of Oviedo and which I carry with me all my life and she gave me that gift for me to remember happy times that I had back then with her. 🌹

Irish guy here, I have the Cruz De los Angeles tattooed on my shoulder as a mark of respect to my departed Dad. I look forward to visiting Oviedo as soon as possible. Keep safe everyone.

When I was younger, the only tattoed people were either sailors or criminals. I wonder what has changed in the minds of humans that it is so popular nowadays to cover your flesh with whatever.
Thank you for showing my city in a so cool way. P.S: As a curiosity in the church at 9:02 there is an unexploded bomb from the Spanish Civil War in the top, just down the right angel.
