Thanks for the update! I am about to fit a new clutch on my ed30, I do not see the point of limiting the torque that much just to keep the clutch a few thousand more miles. At that level of power the clutch will get ruined quickly that is for sure. Anyway you have got a crazy good car, I specially love it in red!

You are so kind! Thank you. You are right and in hindsight I would have had a new clutch done prior to mapping. You live and learn!

So next intercooler, clutch and RS4 fuel return valve. I hope you've been saving, that list is due to get a lot more expensive 🤣🤣🤣.

Looks an absolute beast mate, just purchased a 5door gti in tornado red myself. I know yours is sat on coilovers, but if I was to get some lowering springs H&R or Eibach, what mm would be near or same as your stance drop ? And what would be better for comfort, H&R or EIBACH. Them spark plugs are they more suitable for a stage 2 only or overall better for just any GTI.

Only just noticed this comment mate, apologies. I would say 35mm ish would be good. I know a lot run 25/35mm and it gives a nice stance, especially if paired with a set of 12/15mm or 13/16mm spacers! Of course all dependant on the speed bumps and roads in your area but anywhere in the 20-35mm mark is good mate.

I have a mk5 gli and depending on how much comfort you're looking for but have a nice flush wheel/tire to fender. If you want more of a stock suspension and not coikover, definitely at least upgrade the struts, I went with Bilstein B8. For the springs I went with the H&R race springs, though the Sport springs would be good too
