*Please note that when I give the examples of prices in Birmingham, it is because it is the second largest city in England and because in some way, it marks the general prices that we can find in the rest of the country. Starting from that price, if you are going to live in a very small city or town it will be cheaper.
*In Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, the prices are approximately the same.
