I've been wanting a munbyn since I saw your first unboxing of it! I just haven't had the sales like I used to so I don't have the need yet. I feel like packaging is a very important part of the business....my partner thinks it's a waste but customers really appreciate a nice presentation and I think it adds value to the products too. Thank you for being so transparent!

The two different types of Australia Post stores are LPO (Licensed Post Office) or Corporate which is government owned. The LPO (where I work) would be the one who gives away the Express Post tape. Corporate stores are much more stingy about things like that! I love the way you do your packaging. It’s simple but classy. I’ve seen other small businesses that go way overboard with packages, and with free gifts. Keep doing what you do. In my last order I got some gummy bears and I enjoyed them immensely! ❤

Checking the gsm on tissue paper was a great tip I got from you just when I was ready to buy in bulk 👍 I LOVE Munbyn and have almost all the stickers because I just can't resist. I change up the designs for packaging depending on the time of year and also use them for Fragile & Freebie stickers but have some new ideas for using them. I'm just so glad I don't have to use my regular printer anymore, it's saved so much money with shipping costs. I used your idea of using packaging labels for sealing boxes with my brand name on which customers really love but I still have to use packaging tape because my boxes are usually pretty heavy and need the extra protection

Postage in nz is super expensive and every part has a different rate, im from here and do not understand it at all!

Do you work the cost of the freebies into your price? If you do I would give people an option to opt out to save you and them money. I know I personally throw away candy/food items and the stickers, although cute may not be for everyone. I have a ton of stickers I’ve received from packages which are very cute, but are literally just sitting in a pile as I don’t use them but I feel guilty to throw them away.
