Not the worst player, her antcs and mannerisms give me strong ADHD vibes, so it either takes her longer to reach the right answer or she'll get the right answer right away.

@@simpayshenaidesit’s not necessarily that. Some of the questions lead fairly heavily to specific answers. “Pod based” should have lead to peas pretty quickly. Carrion, for those who know what it is, should have given dead meat away. Things like that.

As a Biology major, this was simultaneously the most painful and the entertaining thing I’ve ever watched 😅

As a biology professor/science hypernerd, this made my weekend. Watching Angela working out sunflower heliotropism and viewing it as a group win is what I live for.

For whatever reason, the idea of nuclear fusion taking place inside sunflowers REALLY got me chuckling. It's the best combination of ludicrous and wonderful.

I think it's all from test anxiety, as well as maybe a bit of scopophobia (fear of being stared at/ judged). She seems like a very intelligent person but doesn't do well under pressure.

You can't make a plant bepordy and put in something that's an entirely different branch. Like you might as well have had an animal as an answer

Clearly plants weren't on the curriculum at performing arts school, Keith and Amanda helping Angela out when she was struggling and comforting her while she was stressing was so wholesome

I would love to see a Beopardy all about mythology. Even just between the more well-known Greco-Roman, Norse, and Egyptian pantheons, there's a lot of fun stuff to pull from. Absurd stories, weird births and familial relationships, ways that popular media changed it up/got it wrong, animals that Zeus turned into to "seduce" women, etc.

This episode made me realize I know so many random ass plant trivia 😂

I was hoping someone would tell Keith mushrooms aren't plants, so he'd stop guessing that... Then one of the answers was actually mushrooms and I died. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Everyone needs a supportive friend like Angela. Even when she's losing she still continues to support her friends.

"Hell is people looking at you and going 'DUH!'" Funny, and also true!

To answer Angela about the fungi network of communication, we probably literally tried those things. Science experiments often are just "We have a control, lets test shit out to see what happens." In this case, the fungi was tested and the control was probably a video recording of samples interacting with their natural ecosystem. Also those are "veins" but not like ours. Plants have cells too and they share a lot of things with our cells.
