Please open your window sometime during the day. It you don't open your windows at all ,your apartment will not smell good. People from the outside coming in two appointments will be able to smell the staleness. Before I leave for work everyday I open my window. You can open it a little and you won't feel cold.

Whoa expensive, if you go further east you can get a 3 bed 2 bath over a 1000 square ft, for 2600🤷🏽‍♀️ still pricey in my opinion but these are times we in.

It’s a good deal considering the Toronto market 😢

renting is like throwing money down the toilet. This is what they don't tell teach young people. If you bought your place, the interest is the only expense and paying off principle is just like saving. Real estate keeps climbing and you build equity. All you are doing right now is paying somebody else's mortgage, 100% rent expense. You look young just move back home, save up. 2200 X 12 = 26,400 X 2 = 52,800. In a couple years you have a down payment.
