How Much Did We Spend in a Month Living in Bangkok, Thailand - Break Down Cost of Living in BKK 🇹🇭

In today’s Bangkok vlog we’ll be going over in detail our expenses, how much did we spend in a month living in Bangkok, Thailand like we’re on vacation. We’ll be going over our break down cost of living in BKK from how much we spent in accommodations at our Bangkok loft condo with a bonus mini loft apartment tour in Rama 9 to how much we spend living in Bangkok on transportation, food, well-being etc. As well as some Bangkok tips that we’ve learned throughout our month living in Bangkok that might be of use to you. I’m always reminded about how affordable is Bangkok compared to other major cities outside of Thailand but could never get an exact number on how much it costs to live in Bangkok. Our goal for this video is to help others who are indecisive about moving to Thailand permanently and would like a guideline on how much everything would cost if they moved to Bangkok. This is our first sit down video and the research is based solely on our own experience. We realize that each person’s standard of living is different from our own, no one's perspective is exactly the same as others. So we encourage our viewers to treat this as an example of how living in Bangkok would look from our point of view. So without further adieu, let’s go!

Being from the U.S., I really don't think it was that bad. Sure you could do less shopping, less massages, etc. but in comparison, it would be at least $10k in the U.S. I certainly can't afford to eat that well, go shopping like that, massages, etc in the states, but in Bangkok, yes, from a U.S/Canadian perspective, I could afford living like that! The ABNB alone would have been outrageous! Great video!

Thank you so much nikkinfl for your thoughtful comment. I was seriously considering not posting this video because of the numbers but now I'm feeling a lot better about it. It is so much more affordable than back home. I'm so glad you liked it!😄

The total cost is not bad for a medium lucrative living with good premium food and accommodations. In USA or Europe of the same level is far more expensive. Good vlog! Bravo!

Over $4,000 usd is high but you only live once and especially it is much safer there than if you travel to NYC or San Francisco or LA, to be honest.

Hi Louis! 😄For Bangkok the air quality is a bit on the muggy side because of the climate compared to Canada.
