Cleetus is the 800 pound gorilla in this industry. He has enough fans to bring attention to almost any kind of motor sport. If he opened up the track to more events and bought up more property around him he could add camping and dirt track to his events and run them weekly. He could rent out the place for weddings and such too. Too bad he could not purchase the drag strip too. I worry about the legal aspects do to the housing being built in the area. That has driven up the land value and will really restrict what he could do. If he got a good offer on the land though he could relocate to almost anywhere in the country and build a new track with garages and his shop on site, better parking, better stands, larger track... Maybe with a runway and a lake too... and with the camping and RV sites. He could call it McFar-Land.

Let's not forget the effing Blackhawk. Dave has carved out his own niche anyway; maybe overlapping a bit with Whislin' Diesel but dude has next level toys and way more room to grow than another 'let's go fast' channel. Cleetus dabbling in STOL is a great opportunity as well. But... Blackhawk. Whatever he's thinking up, it's gonna be huge
