The most beautiful way to enjoy life is learning to observe our thoughts, detaching from our ego- self and needing nothing... that's when we have everything ♡

Thoughts spin the windmill of thoughts faster, so do emotions, one leading to the other, etc. Vicious cycles with no escape. It all subsides when we realise that there is nothing to be gained from thought and emotions. Happiness is at the other end. No thoughts, no emotions, no expectations, no fear.

What i find the best is to observe our gestures and then our thoughts and finally our emotions and as we can at any time test and see that this is true for everyone of us so when one can watch something it means it is not them thus as you slowly slowly start watching you start moving from unconscious to consciousness who's every end is when we realize finally that we at our core are nothing but just a watcher which is nothing but just our consciousness pure conciousness which is conscious of itself it is the moment of ultimate freedom bliss and ecstasy. One who reaches this state realizes that he is not the body thus also realizes its own self which is eternal i.s our soul which essentially needs nothing and is made of pure unconditional love for everything cause it is the moment when one realizes that he has no identity of its own not even of it's body never dies and realizes that he is everything and everything is him here everything becomes one we do not choose Anything thus we also realize how beautiful has existence made us 🙏🏻 hope this helps 🙏🏻🙏🏻

when you try to concentrate within then you will see how the mind jumps, advertising all sorts of things to you, it's really fun, just pay watching the pictures the mind plays but not partaking in the actual action, because if you don't act in the picture it takes no forms, it will just pass, same as TV adverts ,

I think the way to self control does not lie through self repression as that just leads to bitterness and recrimination, a sensible middle way needs to be found. This dimension of the issue tends to be what is lacking in all the traditional teachings, teachings that are otherwise quite sound.

Great Sages of India practiced YOGAM and are living proofs for us of the results. 🙏🙏🙏

Focus on the work that needs to be done. Don't get carried in imaginary thoughts of the result. When you see your thoughts drifting, take your mind back to the work. Work needs your attention not the result.

With the help of discrimination(power of knowing the difference between ephemeral and eternal, true and false etc) mind may be directed in a right direction, leaving the wrong ways... now continue with the new understanding and mind will be helpful to you.

Is fighting with mind not called ' suppression'? It's very hard to fight, no one can win a fight with his own mind. Cuz if you do so then your mind will split into two and one part of your mind will try to win the other part. So i didnt like this word "Fight". I would like the use of words like 'beyond the mind' which is neither surrendering nor fighting and is the only way to defeat the desires and ego otherwise you will be fighting with your mind your whole life but won't get anywhere.

without passion you would have no background music to play with your videos, or to dance to at your parties. If everyone practiced dispassion the world would be so boring. Why manifest as a human being to dedicate your life to trying to be something more?

  • @kirua_h

You sir have a point !! If nobody was passionate about creating something everything will be boring but I feel that in the video what he is trying to say is that you don't need passion to be blissful .... When you are passionate about something and you are doing it you find happiness in it but when you stop doing it there is no more happiness.... That's why people are passionate about something because that thing gives them happiness but in reality if you sit not doing anything and realise your true self you'll always be blissful .

@@kirua_h There is a terrible misunderstanding( or more specifically misinterpretation) here. Passion, here means lust or sexual desire. Secondly thinking that if whole world practises dispassion then it would become all boring is a kind of wastage of time. For such a scenario is impossible. It cannot happen that everyone is practising dispassion. There cannot be a world in which there is only good or only bad. They both co-exist simultaneously. If 10 men turn into saints then another 10 men would turn into sinners. So there is nothing to worry about that.

@@sudipkumarroy3198 why not manifest the whole world to have everyone good? Why should we limit to such a belief? Don't limit it there. And speaking some pleasure, having some passion wouldn't make us bad as long as we never harm anyone or anything around us.
