The book mentioned by Mary Celeste and Jenna, “Healing After Loss” by Martha W. Hickman, is an excellent book to cope with grief. My therapist gave me a copy after my mom died (2/14/2020). I read it every night and I have given this book to many friends and family members who have lost loved ones.
