I really love this video I am a new braided as well and MANNN! Petting is way harder than braiding for. I spend so much time trying to get the parting symmetrical to the point where I shy away from braiding because I just can’t get it right. But I love this video and will use this as a guide to help with parting

There is no set amount . Just depends for each client . For this client specifically unfortunately i did not count each braid
